a night out.

Today I went on an inspiration trip down to Melbourne. Thursdays are usually my free days so I headed down quiet early. When I arrived I headed to Krispy Kreme in Collins Street for a hot chocolate and to see what new donuts they had this month. This is something I do whenever I get a chance to travel. I then caught the tram down to Elizabeth Street so I could check out Mag Nation, where I found the latest issue of Extra Curricular. Such a cute little publication. My adventure then took me to Sticky Institute in the subway off Degraves Street. I bought several zines as well as $20 of zines for my mum. While looking at what zines I wanted to purchase I came across Just To Annoy You Zine's "A Night Out" issue. I had submitted something to this at the time and was pleased to see my work in it, so of course I picked it up. After my little purchases, I decided to have a look around and to gather cards and street press for the zine workshop little showbags and for zine making. My bag became so heavy the zip broke. By the time that was all done, I got some pizza at the regular place I go with mum to in Swanston Street, that's where I came across a lovely girl selling her home made badges on the footpath, I bought a couple then headed back to the train station for the trip home.
