My Mother's Daughter; Opening.

After the 8 week program finally ending this week, the exhibition was set up and was opening tonight. I was sad that I wasn't able to participate in all of the weeks {way to busy}, so many interesting things that came out of it. I hope that there is something like this again soon :). My piece I put in included a small stencil I had created in one of the first sessions, I added sewing, inked paper doilies, newspaper and sewed thread onto it also. The frame was found in an op shop that I had hanging blank on my wall of oval frames and it seemed to work well. The exhibition is on at Dudley House, View Street, Bendigo till Sunday the 20th June. Also the winner of my blog's 2nd Birthday giveaway was Elissa, so I do hope she enjoys the random things I am sending over to her.
