if you go down to the woods today

The Forest Flaw's opening at El Gordo was tonight & it was lovely to meet the creator of the gorgeous creatures Robyn Helbard. They are all hand-stitched, & stuffed with hypo-allergenic pure wool. During the week I had purchased Mr. Toad, I just had to have him! If you get a chance head to El Gordo for some yummy food & coffee while this exhibition is on.

^ Mr. Toad.

"I began sewing teatOLWS and FocKS when inspiration hit at the start of this year. Since then, more animals have crept into my menagerie, and even the forest dwellers in the form of Woods Men and Costume Creatures. There are so many more lurking in the depths of the forest, behind the creaky oaks and on the grassy knolls. I will hopefully sew them all in time!" - Robyn Helbard via here.
