raw arts 2010

Raw Art's 2010 was on tonight as part of National Youth Week here in Bendigo. I have put something on show for the past 2 years and enjoy doing it. There is also awards and scholarships for works over Literature, Visual Art, Performance, and Media. This year I made a sculpture with found objects in the yard, an old book, an Emu egg & feathers. I called it "The Dreamtime".  It is a little handmade Emu fishing out a painted Emu egg from a nest ontop of an old book. :) The Raw Art's is on display at Dudley House, View Street, Bendigo till Sunday 18th April. Below is my work.
